Burn 100 Calories in No Time
Even if you are counting your calories it’s easy to overeat. I did some snooping around and this is what I came up with on how to lose 100 calories fast. Why 100 calories? It’s a nice round number and therefore easy to work with. The cool part is you can usually do it without leaving your cozy apartment.
Sleep. Let’s start with the easiest way that I know. You burn calories around the clock. Your body is constantly replacing and repairing hairs, nails, tissue and a million other things. Your body is even burning calories when you’re eating. So the easiest way to burn some calories is to go to sleep. You’ll burn about 100 calories in just over an hour – no sweat.
Sex. Sleeping might be the easiest way, but it certainly isn’t the most fun. You can burn about 100 calories per hour having sex. Yeah, I know right? Hey, I don’t make this stuff up. It seems to me that if you are burning ONLY 100 calories an hour you need to revisit your copy of the Kama Sutra.
You don’t have an hour to waste you say? You absolutely need to lose 100 calories now? Ok, you asked for it…
Run. You can run at about a 7 minute mile pace for about 5 minutes (this will vary some depending on your weight).
Bike. If you have a stationary bike then you can do it by riding about 20mph for about 5 minutes. There you have it – 100 calories in 5 minutes.
