Rejuvenate Yourself in a Few Short Breaths

Join me in beating the winter blues by using a few short breaths. In the following video learn about the stimulating breath, a brief exercise you can do to feel rejuvenated!

When practicing The Bellows Breathing Technique, make sure you start in a seated position. Begin in 15-second intervals, slowly increasing the length of the exercise by 5 seconds each time, never exceeding one minute. There is a risk of hyperventilation that can result in loss of consciousness if this exercise is done too much in the beginning. For this reason, it should be practiced in a safe place such as a bed or chair.

Listen to your body and enjoy!!!

What do you do to rejuvenate your body and lift your spirits?
